Where we ship

We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket and its courier network (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ekart and others). You can check delivery to your pincode on any product page.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Delivery usually takes 2–4 days in metro cities and 4–8 days elsewhere after dispatch.
• Remote areas, natural events or courier delays may extend these timelines.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹799 and above (after discounts).
• A flat shipping charge of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹799.
• Cash on Delivery orders carry a handling fee of ₹49.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking (AWB) number. You can also track it any time at blesh.in/track.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot deliver after repeated attempts (wrong address, recipient unavailable or refusal), the parcel is returned to us. For prepaid orders we will refund the order value minus shipping charges both ways. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for that contact.
