This policy explains how Agrocraft (“Blesh”, “we”) collects and uses your personal data when you use blesh.in, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, mobile number, delivery address, optional GSTIN and order notes.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details — we only receive a payment reference and status.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, through cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, if enabled).

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your orders, and to send order and delivery updates.
• To prevent fraud and comply with tax and legal obligations.
• To improve our website and, where you have not opted out, to show you relevant offers.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the store — Razorpay (payments), Shiprocket and its courier partners (delivery), our email and hosting providers, and analytics providers — and only as needed for those purposes, or when required by law. We never sell your data.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as required under tax and accounting law (generally 8 years) and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by emailing agrocraftindia@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
