Why we started
Most honey on Indian shelves is blended, heated and anonymous. We wanted the opposite: honey you can trace to a forest or a field, made by people who are paid fairly and kept safe.
Blood-free Sundarban honey
In the Sundarban, the world’s largest mangrove forest, generations of Mauli honey collectors have risked their lives entering tiger territory. Blesh works only with NBB-registered collectors who harvest outside tiger habitats. The result is a raw multiflora honey from Khalsi, Goran and Sundari blooms — and a harvest that never costs a life, human or wild.
Single-origin mustard honey
From the mustard fields of Dinajpur in North Bengal comes a mild, creamy honey that crystallises naturally — a sign it hasn’t been over-processed.
A2 Bilona ghee
Made from A2 desi cow milk by a women’s cooperative in rural Bengal, churned by hand the traditional Bilona way.
